Structuring your time when you are in charge can be almost impossible for some of us. Working too hard or procrastinating too long about going to work–both can be a challenge.
For those who work from home or are self employed or are simply workaholics the computer can be your best friend and your worst enemy. It is so very easy to get wrapped up in your work and forget to take a break. Often times a break can clear your mind and actually allow you to produce better work as a result. I so understand how easy it can be to find yourself lost in your work for hours. Getting wrapped up and not wanting to stop can be a challenge.
