My traffic has more than doubled June’s traffic count which is very cool.
A few of the things that are helping:  Social Networking is sending traffic my way.  My web stats show that Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook are contributing to my web visitors.  The other thing that really drove traffic this week were my comments on other blogs.  And apparently my keywords are working.  I also find this very interesting about 15% of my visitors have saved my site in their favorites.  What I find the most exciting is my visitors are staying longer.  What I also find dissappointing is the fact that 51% of my traffic exit the home page after apparently reading the first post.  I believe that I have an opportunity to improve my writing and help others to become more engaged and want to explore other options on my site.

This week I will add a sign up box on the home page and offer a free report.  Also next weekend I will share a tool I used to grade my site when I began and I will grade it again on August 1st and see how much improvement I achieved in the month’s time.  Come back next week to learn about this tool and how you can use it to help you improve your web standings.
